Social Media Moderation Tool
This project was an evolution and an integration of two previous offline projects. The tool itself is to help employees at PFizeer on how to respond to comments and messages on social platforms.
Firstly, bringing the old SMMT from an excel doc to a webspace.
Secondly, bringing the offline handbook to an easy-to-access platform alongside the tool.
I was briefed in with a certain amount if creative freedom as it was internal facing for Pfizer so decided to create characters to make the content at least a little bit fun!
The tool itself ended up being used for spreading information on vaccinations across Pfizer.
The SMMT went through user interviews, user journeys, prototype testing, wireframing, design styling, and through to build.
The clients were so happy they decided to name one of the characters after me!
