I’m Graeme - a Senior Digital Designer with 12 years of agency experience bringing ideas to life for some of the world’s best-known brands. Over the years, I’ve led projects, collaborated with incredible teams, and helped deliver impactful digital and omni-channel campaigns.

My Skills
I’m highly proficient across the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, and Premiere - as well as Figma and Sketch. Recently, I’ve been exploring Blender to expand my 3D capabilities.
I’m also embracing AI tools to enhance my workflow, whether that’s speeding up Photoshop retouching or quickly generating imagery to visualize concepts and ideas.
Above all, I focus on mastering design principles, ensuring that strong creative thinking and problem-solving remain at the core of my work - regardless of the tools I use.

As a digital designer, design thinking drives everything I do. I focus on understanding user needs, exploring creative solutions, and iterating through prototypes to craft experiences that are both engaging and intuitive. Every project starts with empathy, moves through ideation, and is refined through testing - ensuring design decisions are user-centered and impactful.

I have extensive experience across both UX and UI, often wearing multiple hats in smaller teams. I’ve created personas, customer journeys, site maps, and wireframes, and then carried these through to the UI stage, focusing on visuals, interaction design, and overall experience.
In my most recent role, I worked alongside a dedicated UX team, which allowed me to concentrate primarily on UI, honing the visual design and interactive elements while collaborating closely with UX colleagues.

I started my design career in 2012 with an internship at Positive Digital, where I cut my teeth on Flash and HTML5 banners (RIP Flash) and discovered my love for fast-paced agency life. That first role turned into a full-time gig and set me on a path that’s taken me through agencies like AMV BBDO, Good Agency, Three Whiskey, and Cheil UK.
Over the years, I’ve led projects, mentored juniors, and run workshops to spark fresh ideas. A career highlight? Stepping up as acting Creative Director for Samsung’s flagship launch - signing off designs, storyboarding animations, and helping shape a campaign seen by millions.
I’m driven by clarity, creativity, and craft - and I still chase the same spark that got me into design in the first place.
